S B Steele CB MVO leading Decoration Day Parade, Winnipeg, about 1912.  All in cocked hats:  staff officers immediately behind him, L to R Major Vaux [Vauk] RCAMC, Capt. Conger RCA Pay Corps., and probably Major Pourette RC Army Services Corp.
